    Requirements

    o Bachelor Degree in Economics/Statistics/Marketing/Finance
    o 2 - 4 years of experience, preferably in business analysis, reporting or project management
    o Salesforce (SFDC) experience
    o Fluent English is mandatory.

    Responsibilities

    o Provide support for the Deal Registration and Ordering processes;
    o Enforce Deal Registration standards and operational requirements;
    o Interact with Alliance and Sales Leadership, including Sales RVPs on Deal Registration requests;
    o Researching deal registration requests and rendering a decision to approve or deny the request within established guidelines and timeframe;
    o During the Deal Registration research process, if discovering duplicate accounts, proceed to clean up by opening cases to IT/support;
    o Follow up in a timely manner with Strategic Alliances and PTC Alliance Leaders on pending Deal Registrations requiring review;
    o Attend weekly Alliance Leadership call to provide Deal Registration updates and drive PTC Alliance Leadership to resolve pending requests requiring their review;
    o Contribute to future enhancements to the Deal Registration process and program;
    o Provide regional Deal Registration dashboards to PTC Alliance Leaders;
    o Escalate conflicts or exceptions to the Sales Operations Lead;
    o Attend all the necessary trainings to be up to date with all processes, programs and SFDC enhancements changes.

    SFDC Support:

    o Provide support resolving Salesforce issues that involve Strategic Alliances;
    o Interact with Strategic Alliances and provide support to Order Process questions in SFDC;
    o Support Alliance Leadership with documentation of the status and decision reasoning of all Deal Registrations (approved, pending, rejected) in SFDC;
    o Provide weekly Deal Registration updates to PTC Alliance Leadership from SFDC, including # of approved deals, # of pending deals, # of rejected deals;
    o Track expiring approved Deal Registrations and follow process for expiration
    o Solving and escalating Deal Registration issues;
    o Providing on a regular basis support and guidance for access rights, finding information;
    o Supporting management and hygeine of Strategic Alliance pipeline in SFDC;
    o Trainings on SFDC;

    Your Team:

    o You will be part of a 4 people team that supports the following functions for the Rockwell partnership: enablement, marketing, operations and strategy.

    Your Impact:

    o The Strategic Alliances team requires support for the Deal Registration process with Rockwell. The core responsibilities include intake of deal registration requests from Rockwell, moving the requests through the approval process, creating opportunities in Salesforce for approved requests and quotes for closing deals.

    o You will contribute and improve IoT and AR deal velocity for both PTC and Rockwell – ultimately contributing to PTC’s IoT and AR high-growth revenue goals.
