Client Relationship Analyst - PTP
Your Mission
The Client Relationship Analyst is responsible to support the Account Manager function within PTP department.
Your Role in a Nutshell:
- Create visibility on the PTP Key Performance Indicators;
- Create KPI presentations for clients using Microsoft Power Point tool;
- Prepare Key stakeholder analysis;
- Sustain strong client relationship;
- Attent to different client meetings;
- Assure and scale up client`s request;
- Communicate effectively with the operational teams to satisfy team needs and evaluate alternative solutions;
- Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction.
A little about You:
- Good communication skills in interacting with the client and the different stakeholders;
- Great analytical skills and ability to take ownership of tasks and assignments;
- Self triggered, organized and focus on deadlines;
- A good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point);
- Advanced level of English and French.
