    Requirements

    Demonstrated Data Visualization and system integration skills
    5 years of a filed-related experience
    Master’s degree or equivalent work experience
    Analytical
    Independent self-starter, working without close supervision
    Team player, respectful, reach out for assistance and offer assistance; influencing skills
    Effective leadership skills and effective communication
    Ability to drive change and results
    Ability to travel frequently (30%-50%)
    Lean – Six Sigma Green belt
    Advanced Degree in Engineering, preferred
    Lean – Six Sigma Black belt, preferred.

    Responsibilities

    -Works on a list of Digitalization projects in Operations.
    -Analyzes plant data and develops tools in order to find new and/or incremental improvement opportunities.
    -Thrives the use of Power BI (Or Tableau) visualization tools within the organization by creating standard datasets which will enable real time data driven decision making.
    -Develops the integrated data-based toolset, building on CMES (Cargill Manufacturing Excellence System) and Infinity Loop (Daily Improvement & Project Improvement) related elements driving faster and better decisions .
    -Develops and builds data analytics skills in Operations.
    -Promotes Data Analytics culture and supports to build a community of practice network.

    -Works on a list of Digitalisation projects in Operations and reports success on a regular basis. Project list will be managed in ACI (Accelerated Continuous Improvement). Examples of projects: Develop dashboard enabling Leader Standard Work.
    -Produce daily report from PI (data historian) / RtDue (Downtime tracking).
    -Optimisation of plants contribution margins via smart modelling of advanced inline measurement of seed intake and meal outlet
    -Data visualisation tools development – Opex
    -Improves data visualization and consumption.
    -Thrives the use of Power BI (or Tableau) within the organization by creating standard datasets and developing new visualizations, which will enable real time decision making by looking at data.
    -Analyzes plant data and develops tools in order to find new and/or incremental improvement opportunities and
    consistently drive data driven target setting in our processing locations.
    -Mapping and merging data. Understands different needs regarding data connectivity and works on a global strategy by leveraging regional efforts.
    -Development of Machine Learning applications in Plant Operations, evaluates potential to apply machine-learning algorithms.
    -Develops the integrated data-based toolset, building on CMES and Infinity Loop related elements such as Performance Dialogues meetings, RTDuet and connecting these with the MyPPM system (CI & Capex projects management system) and tools, resulting in one and the same business management system, driving faster and better decisions with a minimum amount of administrative load on the users: Plant managers, Ops Leaders, Transformation Office.
    -Supports RtDuet Tools and its needs with a global approach. Removes road blockers and proposes solutions with direct interface with IT.
    -Develops and builds data analytics skills in Operations.
    -Helps to identify potential people who are eager to work with data and which can enhance Operations capability.
    -Promotes Data Analytics culture and support to build a community of practice network.
    -Documents, writes and creates material to turn information available to any user who wants to have further information and learning resources.
    -Works with Continuous Improvement Team on CI practices. Uses systematic mindset to help CI team to build a standard work approach on the design of trainings.
    -Helps to lead CI trainings and mentoring specific problems scenarios to promote interaction with plants and other stakeholders applying the use of facilitation skills.
    -Interfaces with process engineers in order to have clear view from the needs from operations regarding Data Analytics.
