Professional experience in supporting Enterprise IT solutions or application
Collaborative, problem solver who is creative and confident
Ability to present and communicate technical findings to all audiences
Ability to influence outcomes in ambiguous settings
Willingness and desire to learn cloud technologies
Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting IT issues
Good balance between business and technical acumen
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
Technical and Language Requirements:
Active Directory/GPO PFE – English & French – 1 position
Experience with Windows Server 2008 (R2), Windows Server 2012(R2), Windows Server 2016
Active Directory technical knowledge: AD Services, Replication and Performance, Troubleshooting and Disaster Recovery, Security and Administration
Group Policy technical knowledge: design, implementation, configuration, management, troubleshooting
Fundamental networking knowledge - IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, routing, etc.
Azure and Windows Client technologies
Windows 10 & SCCM PFE – English & French – 2 positions
Experience with Windows 10 including: migrations, automated deployments, creation of provisioning packages, use of Microsoft Intune to manage Windows 10 and mobile Devices
Experience with System Center 2012 (or current branch) Configuration Manager including: installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting, operating system deployment, Core Infrastructure design, implementation, migration and upgrade, mobile device management, Intune MDM, PowerShell scripting
Educate and guide customers by delivering workshops and webinars
Help customers with their journey to the cloud
Deliver proactive services such as risk assessments, code reviews, and disaster recovery plans
Help customers with troubleshooting and problem resolution
Be the technical expert for customer projects and deployments
Mentor other Premier Field Engineers
Contribute to business goals and continuous improvement initiatives
