In order to be successful we will need you to have:
• A minimum of 1 Year experience in HR (recruitment/admin experience)
• Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and meet time sensitive targets.
• Strong commitment to goal achievement
•Ability to keep and maintain confidential and secure records and information.
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Fluent in English, both written and spoken
•Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
•Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar field

As a Junior HR Generalist in Stefanini you will be responsible of:
•End to End hiring process (sourcing, interview with candidates, present short list to manager, offer extension to the selected candidates, schedule the mandatory medical check-up, prepare and sign all hiring documents, centralize the information for reporting to Revisal, create the new hire profile in the internal system - People Soft);
•prepare personnel employee files and all HR Administrative documents (employment contract and annexes, addenda, employment certificates, work from home documentations.);
•act as local point of contact for Benefit administration;
•organize the Health and Safety activity for new hires and for existing employees in collaboration with the external provider, including the organization of regular fire drill;
•organize regular medical check-up for all employees;
•prepare and verify the documents for the monthly payroll input and maintain close collaboration with the HR colleagues from the other Stefanini locations;
•documents audit and trial period tracking;
•administrate the maternity process for local employees;
•administrate the termination process for local employees (register the termination request, centralize the information for Revisal reporting, close the employee profile in the internal system, issue the termination documents);
•assist the HR Business Partner on the disciplinary process;
•participate on HR events
