SAP Master Data Analyst

Knowledge requirements: Supply Chain Understanding / Industrial Engineering methods and techniques/ financial concepts related to manufacturing

Software/Systems: Excel proficiency expected, strong SAP experience required. Access database knowledge a plus.

Skills: Analytical and problem solving, strong oral and written communication skills, organizational abilities, robust time management skills; team player who can adapt to changing conditions.

Language: Fluency in English at a proficient level.

Experience: 2+ yrs.in a large manufacturing company. Lean Manufacturing and cost accounting experience a plus.

Minimization of delivery times to customers for new part setup through internal tracking.

Accuracy of master data and number of turn backs from other departments.

Loading Material Masters, BOM’s, routings, Production Versions, Equipment Records, Hierarchies, Work Centers, and other required information while partnering with engineering to ensure BOM’s/Routings/Work Centers are setup properly

Completion of monthly health checks and physical audits for data accuracy to prevent operational downtime and to ensure accuracy of production data, update existing master data

This position will not only be responsible for efficient and accurate data setup but will also add value to the business by providing an ongoing review of production master data. This individual will join other team members of master data in providing analytical support to costing, finance teams

Presence and ongoing interaction/engagement in cross functional meetings.

You will be based in our new production facility in Timisoara.
