What are we looking for
Bachelor or or Master degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer science or equivalent
Relevant professional experience of minimum 3 years with previous exposure to analytical/data related projects
Knowledge of the financial industry & main banking operations
Strong knowledge of banking & finance fundamentals, retail/commercial banking products, and back/middle & front office operations
Relevant background and experience as a Business/Data analysis/business requirements analysis
Solid verbal and written communication skills, fast learner, experience in driving cross divisional business initiatives and projects

Your day-to-day activities
Work closely with business representatives to understand the business roadmap, future initiatives, milestones and timeline, agrees on the data implications and what is the actual data need behind business initiative
Communicates the data roadmap in the bank, making sure all relevant aspects are understood by all stakeholders in the bank: direction, content, timeline etc.
Perform regular Data Roadmap progress status monitoring; results and issues being communicated and made transparent to management and all relevant stakeholders
Acts as a facilitator and solution driver to all conflicts that might occur during Business Roadmap execution, by aligning vision and strategy cross-business lines; being able to communicate and drive resolution to all management levels
Acts as a data portfolio manager, all new/change data initiatives being collected, prioritized and ranked for delivery, thus ensuring the data demand management is being put into the rightcontext, aligned and synchronized with the approved Bank’s Data Roadmap
Oversees the Bank‘s data requests portfolio and makes proposals for regular Data Roadmap reviews, based on the pre-agreed review calendar
