Competency in MS Office ( Excel, Word);
Accuracy and attention to detail;
Aptitude for numbers;
Well organized;
High school degree;
Capacity to work under pressure;
Ability to multi-tasking is an asset.

Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department;
Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records related to Accounts Payable;
Daily enter specific key data of financial transactions into accounting system;
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner;
Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies;
Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas;
Constantly update job knowledge.
