    Technical competencies:
    - Professional level networking knowledge (TCP/IP)
    - Building L2, L3 redundant network design
    - Good general knowledge on network security; good knowledge of stateful firewall operation
    Technical experience required:
    - TCP/IP networking proven experience (three years)
    - Experience dealing with enterprise network solutions (two years)
    - Experience working with customers on large projects and network solution design (two years)
    Nice to have:
    - Application Load Balancers knowledge is a plus
    - A professional level certification is a plus (e.g. CCNP or similar)
    - Active Directory and DNS solutions integration is a plus
    - Network service provider experience is a plus
    - Middleware products knowledge or administration is a plus: MS AD, DNS, LDAP, HTTP etc.
    - Experience with IBM Cloud solutions (SoftLayer) and competitors (AWS, Azure, Google) would be a plus

    Responsibilities

    Solution network design:
    - gather customer requirements, translate them and develop solution design ("solutioning"task)
    - design and present LAN and WAN connectivity options
    - draw and present solution diagrams (Visio)
    - complete boarding documents
    - provide guidance to delivery teams based on boarding documentation
    Presentation of Network solutions with English proficiency:
    - present network solution options and procedures to IBM teams and customer
    - present, argue and agree with the customer on network solutions
    - explaining technical aspects to non-technical audience
    Lead the solutioning effort:
    - engage account teams and drive the solutioning effort
    - participate in customer meetings
    - provide summary of agreed points
    - engage lead network architects for architecture decision
    - organize meetings with internal teams
    - follow up on open points
    Activity reporting:
    - report the project status to senior management
    - participate in daily solutioning team status meeting
    Availability to work and join calls on US time zone, when needed
