Good knowledge in MS technologies, windows servers, AD, ADFS
Technical expertise on MS exchange and Skype4business
3 – 4 years’ experience
Ensuring that the customers issue is resolved to their satisfaction by recommending workarounds and/or other fixes
Troubleshooting for issues that are escalated and resolving tickets assigned
Coaching SD agents on activities which can be resolved at user level or at L1 level
Monitoring queue of tickets assigned to partners
Act as the point of contact with partners for escalation and management of urgent tickets
Create and Review Knowledge Base articles
Perform litigation related tasks
Act as the Swisscom point of contact to create change requests and perform UAT related to changes performed by Swisscom MCC
Help to automate activities
