     Good organizational skills;

     Excellent telephone and customer handling skills;
     Ability to work under pressure;
     Ability to deal professionally with demanding customers;
     Ability to learn new products and technologies;
     Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Outlook/Excel/Power Point);
     Available to work in shifts from Monday to Friday between 08:3 AM-7:00 PM;
     Fluent in English and German.

    Responsabilitati

    Provide first-level technical support and communicates with the level 2 team in order to escalate some cases;
    Provide client support via phone and e-mail.
    Uses troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical issues;
    Actively supports the customer in all aspects through to problem resolution, keeping the customer informed and updated throughout life of incident
