    -Technical University degree with minimum 2 years of practical experience in a similar position within a company active in automotive or electronics industry;

    -You will need a very good knowledge of quality tools and methods (8D, risk assessment, (action plans);

    -Very good command of English. German knowledge represents an advantage;

    -You must be determined and motivated individual, results and quality-driven;

    -SMT knowledge represents an advantage.


    As QPC Engineer you are part of a global team, working with worldwide OEMs.

    -Executing quality tasks in production with reference to customer complaints, you will perform Process Audits, as well as to the technically and factually correct application of quality tools and methods;

    -Preparation of complete Quality documentation for the projects

    -Participation in quality improvement projects as well as supporting the process planner in projects concerning new products and facilities;

    -Collecting, analyzing and monitoring quality data and generating quality reports;

    -Interfacing with process owners and customers on quality related issues;

    -Preparation of documents required for the handling customer complaints (8D report, action plans) and carrying out risk analyses;

    -Working with the responsible entities to prepare and take any corrective actions.
