    Key Responsibilities include:
    - taking phone calls and messages
    - greeting the company's guests
    - sending faxes and making copies after the documents
    - picking up and distribute correspondence according to requests
    - taking care of the stationery stocks and other supplies that are necessary for the office
    - completing other tasks that may appear
