    Studii superioare in domeniul economic / financiar-bancar.
    Cel putin un an de experienta operational – bancara.
    Training profesional in relatii cu clientii (“customer service”), operatiuni bancare, etc;
    Cunostinte calculator: MsOffice, E-mail, Internet
    Nivelul de cunoastere al limbii straine: limba engleza (vorbit si scris) - fluent;
    Cunostinte profesionale: legislatie bancara, etc
    Competente: bune abilitati de comunicare(orala & scrisa, ascultare activa); abilitatea de a construi si a mentine relatii de colaboare eficiente, atitudine orientata catre client; focalizare pe rezultate, profesionalism, integritate, disciplina si buna organizare; capabil sa prioriteze eficient;


    Administrarea documentatiei si corespondentei operationale / non-comerciala cu clientii.
    Support, furnizarea informatiilor catre clienti, indrumari si recomandari cu privire la serviciile si produsele ING.
    Mentinerea legaturii cu clientii si contactarea lor in vederea clarificarii oricaror aspecte operationale.
