    Our Requirements:

    - Good command of the English language, German would be an advantage;
    - Good MS Office skills, especially Excel;
    - Good communication and interpersonal skills;
    - Team player, flexible and open-minded;
    - Organized and results oriented;
    - Attention to details;
    - Proactive and calm attitude;
    - Multitasking;
    - Able to prioritize tasks;
    - Available to work 4 hrs/day (ideally between 12:00 - 16:00 or 14:00-18:00);


    Main role:

    1. Work with databases:
    - Create and maintain the contracts database both in hard copy and electronically;
    - Scan and archive all contracts and documents of the company;
    - Follow up to receive the contracts from the requester/holder of the contract;

    2. Telecommunication:
    - Allocate phones to new hires;
    - Manage the phones fleet both electronically and physically ;
    - Keep evidence of the phones sent to service and replace them accordingly;
    - Prepare a monthly cost allocation file;

    3. Room allocation evidence:
    - Maintain the evidence of the teams allocated on the floors;
    - Follow up when teams grow / shrink and updates accordingly;

    4. Office maintenance:
    - Ensure and maintain the functionality of the office;
    - Perform supplies orders – stationary, coffee, water, cleaning products, protocol, household objects and assets, IT equipment;
    - Handle correspondence and couriers;
    - Welcome visitors;
