Lab Engineer (automotive)

The company comprises 2 divisions specialized on its core capabilities: ENGINEERING and IT. These two divisions are: ALTEN TECHNO and ALTEN IT.

• Previous interaction with hardware infrastructure in a production environment
• Basic level of scripting (e.g. Python, bash)
• Fluent in English

Would be considered a plus:
• Debugging and patching hardware
• Basic networking know-how

• Managing an important part of infrastructure required for the robustness of the software deliverables. This infrastructure consists of hardware and software which need to perform as a high availability system: no down time, distributed model, audited access, scalable
• Managing the Automotive lab activities in terms of: access (e.g. interfaces with users and software), expansions following the growing needs, maintenance
• Collaborating with the software teams to understand their needs, prototype and productize lab solutions
