Office Leasing Specialist

TC Real Estate este o companie de investiții și dezvoltare de proprietăți cu sediul în România cu o echipă internă de management cu experiență, care combină gestionarea activelor, investițiile, dezvoltarea și leasingul.

• Bachelors degree
• 2 years of real estate leasing/sales experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills required; ability to verbally communicate with prospective tenants, brokers and ownership
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Individual must be highly motivated, a self-starter and able to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines at once

• Establish and maintain relationships with prospective tenants and brokers through phone and face-to-face discussions
• Initiate, negotiate, and finalize Offers, Proposals, and commercial conditions of lease agreements with prospective tenants and brokers
• Strengthen relationship with existing tenants and follow up on going lease agreements
• Support Property Management team
• Present prospective tenants and deals to management
• Understand and maintain market level information and trends
• Complete competition analysis, rent-rolls and any other department specific reports as required
