    Cerinte

    Education: university studies, preferred degree in finance, business administration or economics with specialization in Finance; international professional financial qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) would be an advantage;
    •Professional experience: minimum 6 years of professional experience; at least 5 years relevant experience in finance and in a comparable management position; proven expertise in financial functions with focus on commercial performance analysis and business plans / investment valuation; track record in identifying and implementing measures for financial and performance improvement; excellent understanding of the economics in the energy sector especially in the energy sales and solutions business; strong business acumen and deep understanding of the Romanian energy market and the regulatory framework; deep knowledge of business management and control principles, including financial reporting, controlling, valuation and management accounting systems;
    •Competencies: strategic thinking, change management, emotional intelligence, analytical problem solving and decision making skills; strong analytical mind and structured work style, strong communication and numeric skills, accompanied by a pragmatic approach; ability to work under strict deadlines, to prioritize the workload and adapt it to changing priorities; proactive attitude and high professional commitment; excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills; open-minded personality driven by curiosity and creativity with a can-do attitude; ability to lead, develop and motivate colleagues; high integrity and professional behaviour; english (fluent), romanian (fluent - a major advantage).

    Responsabilitati

    •Key partner for the Customer Solutions top management in all commercial decisions, for financial and business performance management optimization (including main drivers such as energy procurement, product and channel strategy, product pricing and positioning, marketing campaigns, sales and after sales, etc.); coordinated by Romanian Unit CFO (solid line) and Customer Solutions Romanian Unit board members (dotted line);
    •Key partner of Romanian Unit CFO and Romanian Unit Board Members responsible for Customer Solutions segment (Energy Retail and Business Markets, as well as Customer Solutions) in all significant commercial decisions (operational & strategic) to ensure appropriate analysis and financial input, and financial soundness of commercial strategy and commercial decisions (e.g. pricing, margins, structure and positioning of product portfolio etc.), coordinating the business planning process to ensure robust & sustainable business performance; acting as finance manager for Customer Solutions companies, and as interface to central finance Romanian Unit; responsible for driving cross-functional coordination on relevant segment topics;
    •Acting as finance manager for Customer Solutions segment, responsible for coordinating finance related topics resolution and processes; and as interface to central finance Romanian Unit;
    •Steers and coordinates the integrated planning process, challenging sales and marketing planning based on relevant market analysis and insights, integrating all relevant business perspectives (e.g. regulatory, legal);
    •Responsible for an appropriate financial and commercial performance management process, including high quality, appropriate and accurate analyses of financial and operational information to drive commercial end-to-end performance in terms of financial and operational KPIs;
    •Drives the evaluation of operational and commercial sales (B2B, B2C) projects/initiatives and Capex investments, including pre and post implementation
    •Partners with the customer solutions relevant structures/areas to increase financial performance by driving specific improvement initiatives;
    •Ensures / promotes a continuous financial performance improvement culture and an efficient use of resources and assets; while ensuring appropriate risk management.
