Your Qualifications – Solid and Appropriate
* At least 3 years experience in a similar position, working from a fleet, procurement or car rental background
* Strong understanding of the Romanian legal regulations (Codul Rutier)
* Proven written and verbal communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders, with great interpersonal skills
* Strong organisation skills to effectively manage and prioritise own workload
* Excellent communication skills and a focus on attention to detail
* Intermediate level of capability in MS Office suite of products, specifically Microsoft Excel and organising large amounts of data
* Strong English and Romanian language skills
* Driver license B

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your new role – challenging and future –oriented
Development and realization fleet strategy according to global policy & local regulations
Management of the fleet according to the global and local standards, processes & targets
Development and implementation of fleet management operational procedure within the company
Fleet supplier management (e.g. leasing services, fuel, technical services, service contracts, repairs)
Regular reporting to company Headquarter
Regular reporting to divisions/ departments management
Cooperation with relevant local authorities
Negotiating preferential conditions
Responsible for car ordering

Responsible for the car handovers to users incl. all relevant documents, cards & other accessories , insurance policies, fuel card, maintenance card, travel report book, keys according to internal operational procedure; trip to car dealers.

Support for the divisions/ departments management and senior management related to fleet activities
Consultancy for company’s employees regarding fleet issues, legal procedures related to papers loss, thefts declaring
