Excellent communication skills in Spanish;
Good demand of English language;
Enthusiasm and team spirit;
Excellent computer and internet skills;
Logical thinking and attention to detail;
Experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are welcome!
You will be offering support by phone and by emails to customers who have difficulties or need guidance with bookings, luggage, general information etc.
You will be the person in charge of solving the customer problems with positive and proactive attitude.
