We provide empirical, continuous data on consumer buying behaviour enabling clients to understand their consumer, reveal the why behind the what, guide strategic decisions, manage clients brand portfolio, grow clients business. Be a part of our team! You will assist clients from request to report delivery & recommendations.
You should have:
Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, One note)
Excellent usage of tools
Planning & Reporting
Very good level of English (for both oral and written communication)
Willing to learn new programs and software
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Keen attention to detail
Able to work in virtual multicultural environment
… ‘cause you’ll:
Take responsability for data requests into projects and presentations – Data extractions, charting and commenting (basic analysis)
Work closely with regional and local CS contacts to ensure Client requests / reports deadlines are respected and applied consistently
Follow project timetables and ensure data deliveries to client and client service
Maintain up to date project tracking
Efficient request production – keep the management team/key stakeholders updated on the project progress/issues
Sharing best practise amongst CS team and wider client service group
Displays keen interest in new analyses, Client Service and Client business needs

Accurately answer question and address client concerns
