    Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing Executive Assistant support for senior executives.
    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
    Experience managing executives’calendars.
    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
    Experience with domestic and international travel coordination.
    Experience with event planning.


    The prime candidate will have a number of roles, including, but not limited to:
    Manage your executive’s calendar and ensuring there are no conflicts while supporting the day to day needs and operations run smoothly.
    Hosting meetings and team coordination including close collaboration with the Office of the CEO.
    Following up with interfacing teams to ensure completion of previously agreed action items.
    Team communications – keeping the team informed and up to date.
    Responsibility for supporting project work.
    Collaboration with IT, accountancy, facility management.
    Partnering with the Recruiting team and coordinating interviews and recruiting efforts where needed.
    Executive expense administration and travel arrangements (flights/hotels/transfers bookings).
