ERP INVOICING SYSTEM SPECIALIST

•Minimum 2 years’ experience;
•Background: transport, finance, purchasing (would be preferable but not compulsory);
•Ability to work and fast learn IS and self-development on IT skills;
•Excel: pivot table, VLOOKUP is compulsory;
•VBA, Macro- would be a consistent advantage;
•Business Object/Business Intelligence knowledge;
•Transport management /transport flow organization;
•French /English (conversational: understanding, writing, speaking) at least medium level;
•Reactivity and ability to manage priorities;
•Autonomous and proactive attitude;
•Good interpersonal skills and communication;
•Customer service focus.

•Manages the issues received from ALIS system;
•Manages the supplier’s requests;
•Solves and analyses the payment rejections issued by Alliance Automatic Invoice System
•Analyses the causes, informing the external or internal stakeholders;
•Issues monthly reports and analysis;
•Proposes automation methods, SI evolution, root causes treatment.
