    Requirements

    High school / bachelor degree;
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills ;
    Knowledge of business administration ;
    Previous experience in customer service is an advantage ;
    Knowledge of Hungarian native level, excellent knowledge of Romanian;
    Fluency in English language;
    Technical background and interest in company products.

    Responsibilities

    Issuing both standard and special orders of company products;
    Invoicing for orders and customer accounts checking;
    Establishing new and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers;
    Daily communication with production units and warehouse of the company;
    Ensuring fluent and smooth delivery process of company products from warehouse to the customers;
    Setting up and implementation of relevant business processes and their follow-up;
    Quoting of special orders and execution of all activities related to special inquiries of customers;
    Preparing of presentations, bids and contracts for goods;
    Basic technical support to Field Sales Representatives ;
    Working with Sopic, SAP, complaint handling system, CAPP IT programs, Windows 7.
