    For our client, Hewlett Packard Enterprise , we are looking for a Program Manager eCommerce with English/French/German:

    Skills & Competencies:

    Bachelor’s degree or higher
    Minimum of 5 years project management experience
    Project Manager (prefer PMP or Six Sigma certification, but not mandatory)
    Reads/Writes/Speaks English (mandatory) and local language (not mandatory)
    Knows order management systems (Internal) or understands order management order flows (order receipt through to invoicing – Supply chain knowledge helpful, but not required) and architecture (external) including all electronic means
    Minimal Data analysis – able to review data, derive conclusions or actions and report out
    Knowledgeable in eCommerce (strongly recommended, nice to have: eInvoicing and web portal knowledge, EDI) – including B2B, EDI and B2Bi
    Organized in high stress situations
    Able to work with little direction (after trained)
    Able to lead teams, not reporting to them
    Developed problem- solving and analytical skills
    Broad knowledge of the end to end process of sales operations
    Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
    Time Management
    Negotiation and Influencing skills


    Responsabilitati

    Responsabilities:

    Communicates tactical process decisions and plans, project status, and issues and workarounds, in order to achieve alignment with relevant areas of the business, function, or region
    Have worked with and will work with customers and partners on with integrating customers to the new platform will be beneficial will support (B2B, B2Bi, and EDI) engagements with external and internal customers and partners - will work with IT and various internal organization to deliver through a Project based approach
    Represents the needs of the customer and partner, as well the business
    Assists others in utilizing standard project management and quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches
    Assist with implementation of new or revised processes which are consistent with overall organization objectives and maintains process documentation along with the project managers for the MoC and work streams
    Breadth of knowledge and experience in project management, business, customer stakes, subcontractor management, stakeholder management will be beneficial
    May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process. Ability to handle most unique situations with limited guidance
    May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues
    Collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders in supporting the design of new or improved processes of moderate complexity, and understand business/customer impact
    Comfortable working directly with customers and partners in professional manner, understands how and what to say and when to deliver the right message. Will work closely with program managers and MoC on any formal communications
    Partner with ecommerce experts, as well as partner and customer accounts operations manager for formal meetings and guidelines

    Tools to be used - a working knowledge of 50% of these tools is preferred, but not required
