Good communication skills with clients
Desire and capacity to build solid client relationships
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good computer literacy in Microsoft applications
Valid driving license
Professional presentation

Day-to-day interaction with landlords and tenants
Conducting inspections of residential units
Overseeing/ updating the website ads of rental properties
Performing rental application reviews
Monitoring repairs and maintenance of rented properties
Providing assistance to the Property Manager,
Follow up of rent payments,
Monitoring repair and maintenance works,
Preparing lease agreements and addendum,
Other general administrative duties.

The offices are located mostly in Dudesti area, close to the subway station.
