    Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English (C1);

    Willingness to work on a shifting schedule as needed (10:00 - 23:00 ; 16:00 - 5:00).

    Responsabilitati

    Key responsibilities:

    Guide the team to achieve objectives and support the growth of the business;
    Drive sales performance;
    Support a customer focused culture and a right first-time approach;
    Prepare your team to deliver a world class conversation whether verbal or written;
    Complete Quality Assurance and use to support in coaching;
    Attend management meetings to help team direction;
    Delivery change/training briefs;
    Increase advisor through call listening and effective feedback sessions;
    Maintain and measure your team’s performance against goals, offering them a clear purpose and structured support to help them evolve and grow;
    Invest in your own development and growth by ensuring your knowledge is current and relevant;
    Provide support in resolving complex and/or escalated queries or complaints;
    Anticipate and resolve risks or issues that are preventable to ensure positive customer outcomes;
    Implement housekeeping procedures that guarantee that customer’s records are well maintained and secure;
    Educate and lead by example so that the team understand and adhere to the company and department standards, policies and procedures;
    Using competence and training procedures promote a culture where customers are treated fairly and are properly informed;
