    Studii superioare finalizate;
    Experienta de minimum 3 ani in activitatea de service si mentenanta echipamente hardware (calculatoare si laptopuri);
    Cunostinte avansate de Office (Excel, Visio, etc...);
    Cunostinte avansate de sisteme de operare Microsoft;


    Urmarire facturi parteneri;
    Urmarire facturare furnizori externi;
    Urmarire proceduri furnizori externi;
    Training intern si catre parteneri pentru service furnizori externi;
    Suport tehnic oferit partenerilor;
    Urmarire certificari interne pentru mentinere parteneriate;
    Urmarire certificari partneri;
    Repararea in-house si on-site a defectelor;
    Level 2 suport servere si storage.
