The person in this role must enjoy working as a liaison, using all his technical knowledge and collaboration skills in collaborating with support teams for all the involved areas, must use considerable judgement to determine the solution and understand the high impact of rushed solutions.
·Troubleshooting network problems;
·Designing network solutions for new requirements;
·Integrating new application servers (standalone or in cluster) in Production or Non-Production environments;
·Monitoring network performance and completing network performance tuning;
·Day-by-day Red Hat Linux servers troubleshooting and support tasks;
·Perform security related tasks - configure SSO, install certificates;
·Design and operation of disaster recovery solutions;
Must Have Qualifications:
·Minimum of 3 years of experience working with data Network Connectivity Solutions, Network Design and Implementation;
·Minimum of 2 years of experience with 2 or more of the following protocols: BGP, EIGRP, HSRP, IPSec, MPLS, ACL;
·Minimum of 2 years of experience in the use, installation, support and troubleshooting of Red Hat Linux environments;
·Experience with firewalls,VRF, VPN’s remote implementation & troubleshooting and problem resolution;
·Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science, related engineering field, or equivalent experience.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
·Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
·Excellent command of English language
Nice to have:
·Experience working on Cloud based connectivity solutions (AWS);
·Experience with IDM platform, setting up federation;
·Experience with setting up infrastructure or network monitoring tools;
·Experience of working in a multisite environment;
·Experience of setting up proxies (reverse/forward);
·Understanding of network security concepts including TLS, certificates, key-pairs, cryptography, LINUX iptables;
