    Cerinte

    For our client, a professional expertise center offering a wide range of services, we are looking for a Customer Representative with German and English.

    6 months experience in working with German speakers;
    Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
    Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken;
    Advanced PC knowledge (MS Office);
    Basic technical understanding (DSL, Router);
    Experience in order management or IT Helpdesk is an advantage;
    Experience in working in an international environment is an advantage.

    Responsabilitati

    Raising tickets in the internal system for issues raised by the customer;
    Providing first level support;
    Documenting all the processes and procedures as required;
    Managing the requests;
    Creating the operational efficiency reports;
    Documenting and tracking status information in order to prepare projects or operational meetings;
    Translating German requests into English.
