    For our client, a professional expertise center offering a wide range of services, we are looking for a Team Assistant with German and English.

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent;
    Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken;
    Knowledge of MS Office.

    Responsabilitati

    Scheduling and registering meetings in the internal systems;
    Reviewing information in Time Management Application (SAP);
    Organizing onboarding of internals and externals (LegBA activities);
    Assigning orders over BEST (SAP);
    Ordering and returning IT hardware equipment (computers, components and consumables) and telephones as well as additional products;
    Assigning new software packs for employees and externals;
    Opening tickets for the assigned users regarding IT matters and ensuring follow up on the progress;
    Organizing international workshops (including logistics), except bookings;
    Offering support and tracking the status of preparations.
