•Minimum 5+ years Supply Chain Management experience/ logistics/Customer Service/Planning related field
•University degree in Supply Chain or Operations / related field or equivalent experience
•Demonstrated ability to connect functional execution to business strategy
•Good communication skills both written and verbal
•Collaborative approach to problem solving
•Demonstrated capability to successfully partner with peers and senior business leaders.
•Experienced in change management, Able to lead change and influence without direct line authority
•Good analytical skills, statistics
•Self-motivated, results oriented with focus on continuous improvement
•Fluent in Romanian and English
•APICS CPIM Certification, will be preferred
•Prior experience managing multiple project, will be preferred
•Prior experience and knowledge quality management systems, operations excellence, process improvement, six sigma, will be an advantage
•Clear communicator; able to manage and represent both customer and business requirements.

Responsible for management, development and leadership of all supply chain capabilities – Supply Chain Planning, Logistics (all transportation and warehousing), Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment & Customer Service - for the CFN (Cargill Feed &Nutrition) Europe business in Romania.
Works closely with the CFN EU Supply Chain Leader to align supply chain design, processes and systems with business strategy, customer segmentation and product portfolio development appropriate for the country. Drives continuous improvement process with a visible effect on owned key supply chain metrics. Tracks and communicate to the business key supply chain metrics, especially related to customer experience, adherence to plan, ensures end to end supply chain cost competitiveness. Supervises the supply chain organization in Romania and develops talent.

•Leads execution of supply chain capabilities in respective country to its full scope: Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment & Customer Service.
•Assess and address gaps in capabilities and/or performance necessary to execute against promises made to customers.
•Manages relations, in cooperation with Transport &Logistics function negotiations, especially related to external logistics providers, transportation / warehousing / terminals vendors.
•Align supply chain efforts in Romania across other functions,
•Work to prioritize supply chain initiatives: deploy core supply chain metrics, benchmark performance and oversee supply chain initiatives focused on driving better performance.
•Review of business financial progress - Gross Profit or Direct Contributions and costs progress: monthly analysis and top line forecasts, Integrated Business Plan - review results, recommend actions and ensure execution of activities to meet the country business targets, day to day decisions to keep business operational, communication flow / alignment between functions within country, build engagement.
•Directly manage Supply Chain team (full scope covers Planning, Logistics, Inventory Management and Customer Service).
•Understand the talent needs of the organization to perform supply chain activities and coach individuals/teams, building strong capabilities amongst leadership. Ensure succession plans are in place for key supply chain positions.
•Drive broader engagement of supply chain capabilities and collaboration among other departments.
•Focus on process improvements with an Operations Excellence attitude.
•Promote best practice implementation by investigating failures, identify and understand root causes, drive continuous improvement, which conforms Business Process Optimization) approach.
•Ensure best practices implementation. Track and communicate key supply chain metrics especially related to customer experience, adherence to plan, inventory and cost competitiveness.
•Travel required likely 25-35%.
