    Talentor Romania is the local branch of an international Human Resource solution provider and it's currently recruiting for the following role.

    Cerinte

    -Proven track record of delivering projects successfully ideally - not limited to a Finance environment;
    - Hands on person with willingness to win and doing change for a better future;
     -Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting;
    -Experienced working with different cultures and doing change management;
    -Experience of successfully delivering finance and retail system implementation projects, to time, budget and quality, would represent a plus;
    -Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment;
    -Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy;
    -Fluent in written and spoken English language;
    -Proficient in the use on Excel and or SQL.

    Responsabilitati

    Working closely with the buying department, the Project Manager will:
    -develop and maintain the business systems in line with organizational policy, strategy and standards of delivery, specifically around budget, systems, structure and processes;
    -Provides consolidated forecast reporting based on actual field progress. Reviews and analyzes project’s schedule and progress;
    -Provide a Project Control service to the projects with responsibility for accurate project reporting and analysis
    -Liaising with the purchasing department with regards to establishing monthly evaluation of turnover, margin, goods received, expiry dates, …
    -Producing regular cost reports and advising management of any forecast cost overruns as soon as possible to allow corrective actions to be taken in a timely manner.
    -Highlighting cost areas of concern and suggesting areas of improvement.
    -Reviewing and upholding existing policies and systems as well as implementing new processes whilst ensuring best practice;
    -Involvement in long term organizational strategic goals
    -Ensuring that the agreed key performance targets of quality, financial performance and productivity are met;
    -Produce key documentation, and manage/maintain project controls and structures. Provide monthly reporting; 
    -Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s) along with the different project and delivery managers;
    -Submits project status reports to stakeholders, manages and follows-up action plans, maintain risk register;
    -Experience of operating with a high level of autonomy and the ability to manage others delivery to agreed timescales.
