    Pentru clientul nostru, cel mai important grup financiar din Romania care include operatiunile de banca universala si societatile de profil de pe piata de leasing, cautam Specialist Suport Senior.

    Studii superioare finalizate sau in curs de finalizare;
    Experienta anterioara in activitati administrative/ activitati de control/ vanzari imobiliare/ marketing reprezinta un avantaj;
    Cunostinte foarte bune de operare calculator, utilizare MS Office;
    Excelente abillitati de comunicare si relationare;
    Limba engleza - nivel mediu.

    Responsabilitati

    Introducerea si prelucrarea datelor; efectuarea calculelor avand la baza datele introduse, sortarea si interogarea informatiilor;
    Monitorizarea si actualizarea bazelor de date;
    Elaborarea si dezvoltarea portofoliului de clienti, oferind consultanta in vederea retentiei si concretizarii unor parteneriate cu acestia;
    Implicarea directa in procesul de vanzare oferind consultanta si suport clientilor interesati;
    Participarea la intocmirea si avizarea documentelor supuse informarii/ apobarii organelor de conducere;
    Receptionarea, verificarea, inventarierea, scanarea si transmiterea documentelor proprietatilor vandute catre arhiva centralizata de dosare;
    Inregistrarea si monitorizarea portofoliului de documente existente in aplicatia storage.
