    Cerinte

    Requirements:
    • University level degree;
    • Previous experience from the fields of procurment and logistics;
    • Multinational working experience is an advantage;
    • Fluent oral and written English language skills;
    • Very good knowledge of Excel, CRM or SICAP.

    Responsabilitati

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Creates and executes business unit demand plan together with BU sales management;
    • Creates and executes business unit supply plan schedule together with BU (laundry) service operations;
    • Orders customer start-up & product change items from central warehouse or other source according supply plan;
    • Place PO: Supplier & 3th Party Supplier; Indirect order and indirect purchasing;
    • Active participation in supplier selection, supportin tendering process & contracting.
    • Invoice handling
    • Communication with external Suppliers
    • Communication with Lindström outbound logistic coordinators;
    • Analyses information, probes for clarity, produces solutions, makes judgements and thinks systematically.
