o Interested in starting and developing a career in HR within a multinational environment
o Graduate or student, in Social Sciences or related fields
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
o Able to multitask, work independently and is well-organized
o Great communication and interpersonal skills
o Deep sense of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
o Proactive attitude and has a drive for results
o Fluent English is mandatory

Your Team:

o We are looking for a pro-active and organised intern with drive and passion to join our HR team, based in Bucharest

Your Impact:

o As a Human Resources Intern, you will help deliver high quality HR generalist service and programs to PTC Romania subsidiary. You will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment and develop your communication and interpersonal skills.


Your Day-To-Day:

o Provide support in all HR administrative activities as required (employee-related documents, benefits administration, new hires and termination tracking, etc.), working closely with HRBPs to ensure local and corporate compliance
o Update and administer employee and recruitment databases (Absence management, Digital HR, BrassRing)
o Assist with recruiting, on-boarding process and various employee events
o You will also have the opportunity to work on exciting projects on talent management and employee experience

This is a full-time internship, for a period of 6 months.
