SENIOR LOGISTICS ANALYST

•Bachelor’s Degree;
•Working experience in a similar position / automotive, minimum 3 years;
•Very good PC skills (Excel; PowerPoint);
•Fluency in English is a must, French is a plus;
•Advanced user for MFG Pro;
•Good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, optimistic and stress resistant, strong personality; flexibility, creativity and organizational skills.

•Contributes in achieving the goals of the logistics department by ensuring 100% availability of material;
•Ensures the on-time deliveries of customer orders and on-time materials procurement;
•Ensures the minimum cost of transportation;
•Responsible for monitoring and optimizing the freight costs;
•Draws up the documentation about all the inbound and outbound shipments and sets up action plans to establish the targets (transport on tactical level);
•Monitors the stocks according to the criteria for classification;
•Maintains the stock data accuracy: comparing the physical stocks with the existing stocks from the system;
•Sends the orders for chemicals and maintains good relations with the suppliers;
•Collaborates with the financial department to clarify the discrepancies in deliveries if any (to have/know a minimum of financial terms);
•Applies the „cycle count” procedure;
•Responsible for MFG/Pro user management;
•Responsible for order processing;
•Checks the BOM revisions;
•Supervises the physical inventory counting;
•Maintains the daily correspondence with the company customers;
•Ensures the management of deliveries based on their requests;
•Analyzes the customer forecast and their long-term needs;
•Ensures, together with logistic coordinator, a good development of „phase-out” process and avoid „obsolete” stocks;
•Ensures the warehouse management (FIFO, Packaging, damages if the case).
