    Asset Portfolio Servicing Romania is part of the APS leading company founded in 2004 and headquartered in Prague, the Czech Republic.     Experienta in domeniul colectarii creantelor, al trainingului de personal si al monitorizarii calitatii apelurilor de call-center, rerezinta un avantaj.

    Responsabilitati

    Formarea si perfectionarea angajatilor pe postul de Collection Officer;
    Identificarea nevoilor de training ale angajatilor;
    Pregatirea materialului si a suportului de curs (necesarul de training);
    Monitorizarea permanenta a modului de lucru pentru angajatii ce ocupa pozitia de Collection Officer;
    Evaluarea periodica a agentilor de colectare si oferirea de feedback;
    Intocmirea rapoartelor de training catre clientii interni beneficiari.
