    RIAN&Partners is a new, fresh concept in the recruitment and selection process of personnel, personnel training & organizational development.

    •Experience of minimum 1 year in automotive industry (logistics, production, project, purchasing position, industrial);
    •University degree (not necessary in technical field);
    •Strong knowledge of supply chain in production (flow, transportation, etc);
    •Wide IT knowledge (MS Office professional, Google suit, SAP represents an advantage);
    •Very good knowledge in English required, French is an advantage;
    •Able to work under pressure and against deadlines;
    •Good communication and negotiation skills;
    •Reactivity, rigor, diplomacy;
    •Initiative/motivation to perform, positive person;
    •Decision-making, problem solver, reliable person, results oriented.


    •Responsible for the inventory level of raw materials and components families (follows-up and reports, defines and leads improvement actions, etc);
    •Ensures the materials and components needs in order to meet the customers’ demand;
    •Plans the raw materials and components requirements and anticipates the potential impacts with suppliers and with production;
    •Validates and sends on a weekly basis forecasts to the suppliers;
    •Follows up the material arrivals according to the company orders;
    •Communicates complete, precise & reliable information to the Supplier contacts;
    •Adapts the frequency to the situation (preventive, curative, crisis);
    •Identifies the blocking points, planning and implementing appropriate quick actions to solve them;
    •Ensures support in implementing within the appropriate departments, tools and methods in order to improve the supply chain organization like Pull flow, Kanban, EDI, Milk run;
    •Defines the loading and transportation plans for the in-charge suppliers;
    •Ensures support in the inventory counting and proposes actions to maintain the accuracy of inventory;
    •Alerts the sales department in the event of a crisis, defining priorities with the Customer Service & internally, following the evolution of any associated action plans;
    •Meets the suppliers contacts on a regular basis;
    •Proposes logistics protocol with suppliers in co-operation with Purchasing.
