Software Support Specialist (back office)

Requirements:

o Knowledge of troubleshooting activities
o Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
o Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
o Analytical approach to issues and problems reported or observed
o Customer oriented to ensure customers are able to work productively and effectively
o Reliable. Reports to work punctually, timely work delivery and with good quality

Responsibilities:

o Respond and provide assistance to support tickets.
o Gather information to the cause of the reported issue
o Analyse, troubleshoot cause of the reported issue
o Test and propose solution to ensure resolution is applicable
o Timely follow up and ticket closure to customer satisfaction
o Develop filters, deliver regular expressions, test and deploy new processes and tools
