    Requirements
    - University degree in Social Sciences or Economics
    - + 3 years of experience in a HR-related area
    - Additional training on HR topics is a plus
    - HR intermediate functional skills in one or several key HR areas: recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation & benefits, evaluation, motivation and retention etc.
    - Microsoft Office package – advanced
    - English – advanced

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities

    - Work independently on the assigned tasks and projects with quality and on schedule
    - Share experiences related to the particular discipline and provide help and advice to the junior staff
    - Cooperation on ongoing national and international recruiting projects (internal and/or external) from start (recruitment request) to finish (acceptance of the job offers), accordingly with the company’s recruitment procedures:
    - take care of the correctness of recruitment request (signatures, number of positions approved, all necessary documents are received)
    - provide competent advice to the Line Managers on suitable recruitment strategies and general conditions on the (national & international) employment market
    - take care of placing the internal and/or external ad, applications screening, interviews
    - organize and moderate Assessment Centers when necessary
    - coordinate external partners (e.g. recruitment agencies) when necessary
    - assure a good communication with candidates during the whole recruiting process
    - make sure that the candidates are taking care of the medical check and HSEQ formalities
    - take care of the offering process for the selected candidates
    - provide feedback to candidates, congratulation letters for the new employees
    - taking care of short first-day welcome activities (introduction to line managers)
    - Involvement in administrating the recruitment IT tool and SAP data
    - Maintain an accurate data base with candidates within the company
    - Create and update all the necessary reports within the department, periodically and ad-hoc
    - Involvement in Personnel Marketing activities in accordance with clients (participation in fairs, conferences, selection processes for internship programs, special presentations like Essentials 4 Managers etc.)
    - Involvement in any other requested recruitment & employer branding related projects
    - Plan and implement assigned recruiting projects
    - Deliver the requested tasks in quality and time
