    Single Point Of Contact to Europe Region Customers, handling the commercial relationship with the company and covering basic technical support for Clients.

    Account planning/farming

    Enhance customer awareness on company’s product and services
    Proactively identify needs of card/solutions from the customer and qualify those opportunities
    Prepare corresponding quotes and share them with the customer
    Provide continued support for ordering
    Up-sell and cross-sell add-ons services or solutions
    Execute farming campaigns planned internally by the manager
    Hunting & Initialization

    Identify lead customers
    Create & set up customer in the ERP
    Initialize ordered products in the ERP
    Qualify them as prospect and & provide them with quotes related to their needs
    Execute hunting campaigns planned internally by the manager
    Manage customer business operations

    Manage new order requests
    Manage the full delivery
    Process & follow up the order
    Follow up with TEC Front line on customer requirements execution
    Get customer BAP validation
    Manage Incoterms delivery details & resolve issues
    Provide regular update to customers about complaints resolution if any;
    Provide customers with access to the Customer Portal
    Provide first level support to customers on Customer Portal issues
    Answer Tender request of identified Europe region customers

    Business support

    Build volume and revenue forecast
    Contribute to budget process
    Manage customer Credit Control
    Manage customer billing with company’s and third party fulfillment partners


    Previous Experience in B2B sales, preferably in services or technical products (at least 1-2 years);
    Good understanding of technical concepts – preferably related to network/telecom industry
    Previous experience with ERPs and or CRMs
    Able to work autonomously, comfortable with remote management
    Strong English skills (speaking and writing)

    Nice to have:

    More than 3 years of experience in Inside Sales
    Some previous experience in selling telecom, network services or equipment
    A second European foreign language
