    What distinguishes you

    • Minimum 5 years working experience in a leadership position 
    • Experience in sales management (general process & organizational) preferably in power tool industry 
    • Builder of strong long term relationship and networks 
    • Experience in Agile Organizations and Digital Marketing a plus
    • Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to work self-directed 
    • Proven leadership skills and role model
    • Excellent negotiation skills in decision maker environment 
    • Understanding of distribution and sales plan on account plan/ district / national level 
    • Understanding of target deployment and KPI steering 
    • True people manager who will coach and develop the individual team members and build a high-performance team 
    • Excellent communication skills to different levels externally and internally 
    • Additional assets: clear priority setting, team leader, ability to handle conflicts
    • Bachelor degree on commercial economics (marketing/sales or business administration)
    • Proficiency in English

    Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Your contribution to something big

    • Responsible to represent the interest of Bosch Power Tools (PT)  towards the customer 
    • Responsible for the development and implementation of PT strategy in the country on distributors and DIY level 
    • Responsible for achieving continuous, profitable sales growth and market share 
    • Taking a lead in major customer negotiation discussions 
    • Responsible for customer relation and Customer Acquisition Projects 
    • Participate at negotiations of local contracts with the customers 
    • Lead the sales team and reach at least set tar-gets under consideration of resources 
    • An excellent mentor and developer of talent, and a strong executive-level sales "player/coach", capable of leading by example 
    • Responsible for maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction
    • Supervise the budgeting, strategic trade policy and promoting strategic product lines 
    • P&L responsibility in the country
    • Implementation of sales strategy, marketing concepts in the country and sales channel / customer
