    Requirements

    1 – 2 years of experience in a similar position;
    Planning, budgeting and cost control principles knowledge;
    Fluent in English;
    Computer literate with excellent Excel skills and a solid understanding of databases and solid understanding of accounting software;
    Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication (both verbal and written);
    Comfortable working with numbers;
    The ability to plan and prioritize workloads in order to meet deadlines;
    Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
    Good communication and negotiation skills;
    Team player with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities

    Prepare ad-hoc reports and draw conclusion related to profitability, actual vs. budget, cost/revenue, active promotions;
    Variance analysis vs budget, rolling estimate and previous years;
    Clean and extract data from a variety of sources in order to connect and unify data in a single and accurate view;
    Analyzes actual operating results and identifies key financial and operating issues to be addressed; quantifies actual results versus forecast/budget;
    Monitor performance and quality of result data, plan for improvements;
    Detailed support and analysis of balance sheet forecasts and the associated cash flow forecasts;
    Participate in day-to-day and strategic initiatives (identification, review of specifications and workflows).
