    Requirements

    Key Requirements:

    - Work experience in sales activity;
    - Good English language skills;
    - Very good PC operating skills (Word, Excel, SAP);
    - Good organization, able to coordinate multiple projects and work with deadlines;
    - Very good communications skills and conflict-handling skills;

    - Reliability, attention to details, seriousness, problem-solving skills and fair attitude towards collaborators;

    - Availability for travel in the country and abroad.

    Responsibilities

    As After Sales Technician, you will be primarily responsible for solving complaints of all damaged or non-working products.

    Your activities will include:

    - Receiving and managing customer complaints regarding the quality of products, broken parts, track losses;

    - Collaborates with third-party companies that provide the service of the delivered products;

    - Determining and evaluating the quality issues of delivered products, including the customer location (if necessary), in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Department;

    - Answering technical questions on all products for Bath & Wellness - Villeroy & Boch and Mondial;

    - Reporting how the customer's complaints have been resolved;

    - Translation and verification of technical manuals and other technical documentation;

    - Prepares / take over newsletters for customers, including product changes, news, etc .;

    - Recording and updating of internal database (CRM) for post-sale issues and complaints;

    - Verify local standards for marketed products and ensure compliance with applicable rules;

    - Direct communication with Villeroy & Boch service technicians, when required.
