    Responsabilitati:

    Urmareste fluxul order - delivery - cash pentru fiecare client din portofoliul alocat prin:

    * Verificarea zilnica a comenzilor introduse de echipa comerciala si deblocarea acestora pentru a fi trimise la pregatire

    * Gestionarea retururilor (organizeaza ridicarea retururilor de la clienti , verifica cu depozitul eventualele diferente intre marfa din avizul de retur si marfa sosita fizic, emite facturile de retur)

    * Comunicare permanenta cu celelalte departamente pentru solutionarea in 48h a reclamatiilor primite de la clienti

    * Introducerea in SAP a comenzilor pentru gratuitati /materiale promotionale si bonuri de consum

    * Trimiterea catre clienti a facturilor emise

    Cerinte:

    * Minim 1 an experienta pe un post similar

    * Experienta de lucru cu SAP; Operare in Excel - nivel avansat

    * Capacitate de analiza si interpretare

    * Abilitati de comunicare si organizare

    * Atitudine proactiva si orientare spre obtinerea rezultatelor.
