    Job description:

    Ensures the accuracy of stocks;
    Keeps all the justifying documents connected to the stock;
    Reports all inconsistencies between the physic and the scriptic stock discrepancies following the weekly inventories;
    Books the invoices for stocks in the accounting using the existing ERP (MD Navision);
    Booking in accounting the supplier invoices;
    Check and archiving the financial documents;
    Checks the movements between farms and keep the trace of the transfer documents;
    Reports and operates monthly the stock of the goods;
    Keeps tracks of the car and equipment fleet and administrates the documentation;
    Keeps a good collaboration with the supplier of goods;
    Participate at the yearly inventory and yearly audit;
    Opens orders for suppliers in the ERP System (MD Navision);
    Supports the activity on the farm;
    Other tasks given by the farm manager;
