    Responsabilitati

    Jointly responsible for handling day-to-day service (e.g. status of payments, account opening, update client files) and implementation requests (e.g. new accounts to be added to a channel) of a portfolio of Wholesale Banking clients
    Perform the intake of service requests, analyze and take ownership to solve it within the defined target throughput times
    Coordinate requests in case other parties or stakeholders need to be involved
    Manage client expectations by communicating regularly and escalate in order to meet the deadlines
    Together with the team, plan the total workload in a structured way and set a team target during the daily stand-up
    Come up with ideas and take action to continuously improve services during team improvement sessions
    Deliver input for client reviews towards TS Sales and Relationship Manager.
