METROLOGY ENGINEER

•University degree or equivalent technical experience;
•Experience in operating measuring machines (CMM software Zeiss Caligo, Calipso, Camio etc) or experience in metrology;
•Ability to interpret technical drawing dimensional reports;
•Working with classical measuring instruments: Measuring, micrometer etc.
•Knowledge SPC, MSA and other quality tools and procedures;
•Knowledge related to GD&T;
•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
•English- conversational level;
•Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

•Ensures dimensional and functional verification of the parts in compliance with the Control Plan;
•Ensures the online and offline programming responsibilities;
•Runs online defined measurement programs;
•Ensures the compliance with the measurement planning;
•Develops capability studies of the production process;
•Maintains in good working condition the control instruments and ensures the calibration is active;
•Registers and ensures that the measurements requests are performed;
•Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the taken measurement.
