Reporting Specialist

VON Consulting is an HR Consultancy company, providing solutions and services in the following areas: recruitment and executive search, personnel leasing, payroll, administration and training.

* At least 3 years’ experience in data and reports management, preferably IT related reports;
* Advanced SQL language and relational databases knowledge PHP, Javascript, HTML, VBA and VB programming;
* Medium level Object Oriented Programming knowledge;
* Excellent coordination and communication skills;
* Sense of urgency;
* Ability to influence and lead thinking up to management levels;
* Good presentation skills, negotiation skills and relationship skills;
* Ability to develop and sustain true partnerships in all projects, good team player.

* Design and develop scripts for calculation and display of KPI and operational; indicators as web interfaces using PhP, SQL, JavaScript, VBA;
* Set up reporting flows for implementing recurrent reports;
* Create web apps integrated in the reporting portal (using SQL, PhP, VBA, JavaScript, HTML) for various new functionalities based on customer request;
* Develop new functionalities within the reporting platform in order to improve the end user experience;
* Develop mechanisms and scripts (SQL, BMC Remedy, VBA) for extracting, transforming and loading data into a MySQL database;
* Develop scripts (SQL, PhP si JavaScript) for creating and/or updating reporting web apps and interfaces;
* Develop scripts for operating and maintaining the Front-end of the reporting portal (Apache, Javascript, HTML, PHP, MYSQL);
* Develop web reports integrating PHP, Javascript, HTML and dynamic queries MySQL for end user aggregated analysis;
* Develop web charts using JavaScript HighCharts framework;
* Develop algorithms for extracting, calculating and interpreting operational key statistical data;
* Develop new apps with the aim of improving the end customer reporting efficiency;
* Collect requirements and implement recurrent standard web reports;
* Document the developed apps from technical perspective;
* Handle ad-hoc reports according to the incoming business need;
* Participate to reporting related meetings.
